chex mix recipe

Love margaritas? I have a recipe for margarita chex mix.
Margarita Chex Mix
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 tbsp tequila
2 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp ground red pepper (cayenne)
2 envelopes instant margarita mix (from 3-1/3 oz package)
4 c Corn Chex cereal
3 c Rince Chex cereal
2 c Wheat Chex cereal
1 c mixed nuts
1 c bite-size pretzel twists
1 c dried cranberries or cherries
Heat oven to 250 degrees. In ungreased large roasting pan, melt butter in oven. Stir in tequila, season salt, red pepper and dry margarita mix. Stir in cereals, nuts and pretzels until evenly coated. Bake 1 hr, stirring every 15 min. Stir in cranberries. Spread on paper towels to cool, about 15 min. Store in airtight container.

I-NEEDA-MARGARITA is a frozen drink machine rental company in the Charlotte, NC area. We rent frozen drink machines for your social and corporate events.

On the day of your event, we will deliver the frozen drink machine, set it up for you, give you instructions on operating the frozen drink machine. Included in your rental is one drink machine, one mix which makes approximately 5 gallon ( which will serve about 60-10 oz. drinks), 50 cups and straws, salt and salt rimmer for margaritas.

We will pick the machine up the next day.

You do not have to worry about cleaning up the equipment, as we will take care of that.

All you have to provide is alcohol and guests to help drink the delicious frozen drinks.
